After realizing my true passion for culinary arts halfway through a filmmaking course, I wanted to do something short and very intensive. The diploma course at ISH gave me that opportunity. The master classes, enriched by chefs bringing ingredients from their native lands, offered a unique experience of cultural immersion. I not only learned the intricacies of Asian cuisine but also discovered my true calling.
Looking back at my journey at Ecole Ducasse India, I realize how much our culinary dean, Chef Zubin and in fact all the Chefs has been my guiding light—their support and mentorship have been invaluable. The dual degree program (ISH 7 Ed Paris) and the exposure to global networks, along with the hands-on experience, have prepared me for whatever comes next in my culinary career
From mastering French pastry techniques in ISH to hands-on learning in event planning and menu creation, these four years have shaped me into a more skilled and confident chef. Ed India has been instrumental in preparing me for the next chapter of my culinary career
