Professor - Finance & Economics
Dr. Indrani Sengupta is a seasoned academic and facilitator with over 18 years of experience in finance, in both management and hospitality education. She holds a Ph.D. in Finance, an MBA in Finance, and an M.A. in Economics. Dr. Sengupta teaches a wide range of courses including Finance, Quantitative Techniques, and Economics, integrating analytical rigor with real-world relevance. She has facilitated executive learning programs for professionals from organizations such as Marriott and Taj, bridging academic knowledge with practical business applications. Her research interests include financial markets, behavioral finance, and investment strategies. Committed to impactful learning, she continues to inspire learners to apply financial thinking in strategic decision-making.

The curriculum blends business management, hospitality strategy, and real-world industry exposure, ensuring broader career prospects.
Yes! You are eligible to apply if you meet the admissions criteria. Our program accepts students from any academic stream, provided they hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks. Unlike NCHMCT JEE, which is for undergraduate hotel management programs, PGPHM is a postgraduate program focused on management and leadership roles.
